Connect Claude or ChatGPT once, then ask about your calls and update deals, tasks, and comments without opening Airspeed. Every change runs with your own Airspeed permissions.
How to use it4 steps
Go to Settings → MCP.
Click Connect Claude or Connect ChatGPT, then sign in with your Airspeed account when asked.
In the assistant, ask "List my five most recent Airspeed calls."
Follow up with a change, such as "Move the Acme close date to next Friday."
Turn on email reading and agents can search Gmail or Outlook for context, tell you what needs a reply first, draft a reply in the right thread, and match how you write.
How to use it4 steps
Go to Settings → Profile and find Email integration.
Connect Google Mail or Microsoft Outlook Mail if you haven't yet.
Click the gear and switch on Read emails.
Ask an agent "What's still waiting on a reply from me this week?"
A private call is now hidden from everyone who wasn't on it, admins included, across call lists, tasks, comments, notifications, recordings, and agent answers.
How to use it1 step
Open a call and click Make private, or use the lock on Schedule before the meeting.
New self-serve workspaces start a 30-day trial with scorecards, deal insights, deal scores, and two scheduled agents ready to go, plus a checklist that adds credits as you finish each step.
How to use it3 steps
Sign up with your work email.
Follow the get-started checklist docked on every page.
Check Settings → Credits for your trial allowance.
Turn on automatic updates and Airspeed rewrites a playbook from the calls recorded since its last version, about every 30 days. You accept or reject each change, section by section.
How to use it4 steps
Open Playbook under Improve and pick a playbook.
Turn on Evolve automatically.
When an update arrives, accept or reject each added, removed, or changed section.
Open Version history to read any earlier version.
If a review is still open when the next update arrives, accepted and undecided changes stay and rejected ones are reverted.
Agent connections are open to every workspace. Approve Google Drive, Notion, Clay, Asana, Linear, Canva, Zendesk, Seismic, or your own Slack once, and your agents can use them. Admins can block single tools or every write tool.
How to use it3 steps
An admin opens Settings → Connections and approves an app.
Each person clicks Connect to link their own account.
Name the app in a prompt, such as "Find the Acme account plan in Google Drive."
Google Drive lets agents read, create, and edit Docs.
Switch from Cruise to Mach 1 and several agents split a question between them for a deeper answer, with a thinking panel that shows each step as they work. Every user gets 16 Mach 1 runs a month.
How to use it3 steps
Open Ask under Agents.
Move the mode slider from Cruise to Mach 1.
Ask your question. See what you have left in Settings → Credits.
Bring next steps, forecast category, renewal date, or any custom HubSpot or Salesforce field onto the deal table and board, and edit them in place. Changes write back to your CRM.
How to use it3 steps
An admin opens Deals, switches to List, and clicks the column settings cog.
Choose Manage CRM fields, pick fields under Deal table fields, and click Save.
Run a different framework on each kind of call, like MEDDIC on demos, PACT on cold calls, and churn risk on customer calls, and pin the insights that matter to the call overview.
How to use it3 steps
Go to Settings → Insights and open the insight or framework.
Under Filters, pick the call tags it should run on.
Pin it to the call overview.
These run as custom insights, so they add context to the call rather than a traffic-light score.
MEDDPICC, or your own framework, now scores each deal on its own instead of rolling every deal at a company into one. The company overview keeps an account-level view.
How to use it2 steps
Open a company with more than one deal.
Pick the deal from the selector at the top. The annotations shown belong to that deal.

Click Submit Forecast. Managers expand a rep's row to review it, then submit for the team.
