Weโ€™re excited to roll out Talk Stats and Activity Insights, offering a look at your communication and engagement during calls, along with an overview of your overall call activity.

After each call, the call summary page now features a Talk Stats section that provides insights into the talk time and talk speed of each person on the call, enabling you to review and refine your speech and approach.

Weโ€™ve also added a brand new organization-wide Activity page that you can access straight from the navigation bar. It provides you with a comprehensive overview of call activities and communication metrics for your team or the entire organization over selected periods. This will help you identify trends, measure progress, and guide targeted coaching improvements across your sales efforts.
