Streamline your workflow and improve your CRM hygiene with our new feature.
Airspeed now auto captures custom information, and then pushes it directly to your CRM.
Here at Airspeed we use it to capture key information such as our customer’s meeting recording tools, technical requirements and feature requests.
How does it work?
- We train our large language model to output extensive and concise insights about your call. These will be surfaced in the UI as “Custom insights”. We only need a title, a short description and information about the corresponding CRM field, we’ll do the rest.
- On your next call, custom insights will be extracted by Airspeed’s conversational intelligence
- Then custom insights can be synced to your CRM, either automatically, or by you after you’ve reviewed them
