Not every meeting needs a recap in your inbox.

Airspeed records your internal meetings too, and on a busy week that means a run of emails and Slack messages about a standup nobody wanted a summary of. Your org can now switch those off and keep the notifications that earn their place.

• One setting for the whole org. An admin turns it on once in your organization settings, and internal meetings stop sending email and Slack notifications for everyone.

• Customer calls still come through. External calls notify exactly as they do today, so nothing on a live deal goes quiet.

• The call is still recorded. Skipping the notification does not skip the work. Summaries, transcripts, and insights are waiting on the call page whenever you want them.
