📣 Choose Your Recording Announcement Message

When the Airspeed Notetaker joins a call, it posts a message in the meeting chat to say the recording has started. Your org can now decide what that message says.

The default wording does the job, but it is our wording, not yours. Write your own and the announcement sounds like your company rather than your vendor.

• Say it in your own voice. Formal and short, or warm and plain. Whatever fits the room you are walking into.

• Set it once for everyone. An admin writes the message in your organization settings and every notetaker on the org uses it.

• Give customers the context they ask for. Point at your recording policy, name who to contact for a copy, or say in a line why you record.
