🖼️ Customize How Your Notetaker Looks

You can now choose the image and name your notetaker shows in meetings. Put your own brand in the call instead of a blank tile...

You can now choose how your notetaker looks to the people on your calls.

The notetaker sits in every meeting your team records. Buyers see it before they see your slides, so it should look like it belongs to you.

  • Upload a display image. JPG, PNG, or WebP up to 8 MB, shown at 16:9. Leave it empty and the notetaker keeps its camera off.

  • Rename it. Give the notetaker a name your buyers will recognize.

  • Applies from the next meeting. Changes take effect on every meeting the notetaker joins from then on.

Find it under Notetaker appearance in Settings.
