🎙️ Dictate Your Messages to Agents

You can now talk to your agents instead of typing. Click the microphone, say what you need, and Airspeed turns it into your message...

You can now talk to your agents instead of typing to them.

Some requests are easier to say than to write. Walking out of a call, you know what you want: the recap, the next steps, the email to the champion. Now you can just say it.

  • Click the microphone. It sits next to Ask in the message box. Speak, and your words land in the message.

  • Ramble if you need to. Talk it through the way you would to a colleague. The agent works out the ask.

  • Edit before you send. The text stays in the box, so you can fix a word before you hit Ask.
