📧 Add a Secondary Email to Your Account

You can now have more than one email address on your Airspeed account.

If you join calls from an alias, those calls used to land outside your account. Add the alias once and they count as yours.

• Every call counts. Any call with your secondary email as a participant is attributed to you, including scorecards and agent runs.

• Set it up yourself, or have an admin do it. Admins can add an alias for anyone on the team.

• Verified and internal only. Each alias must be verified before it counts, and it has to be on one of your organization’s internal domains.
