Whether you’re creating a playlist to onboard a new rep or highlighting valuable customer feedback for your product team, our new call tags make it easy. With tags, you can quickly organize, categorize, and retrieve key moments to streamline your workflows.
How to Get Started:
• On a processed call, click on ‘+ New Tag’ and start typing to search for an existing tag or create a new one.
• After adding a tag, you can filter calls on the calls page by tag, and easily manage all your tags in settings.
