Share links for agent conversations used to be snapshots, frozen at the moment you created them. Now a share link carries the full conversation, including messages added after you shared it.

That means one link per conversation. Send it once, and your teammates always see the latest state.

Icons in the conversation list show where each one stands: a lock means private, a globe means shared with your organization.
