Airspeed + Slack: four ways to use it in your day-to-day
Reps live in Slack. It's where the deal chatter, the questions, and the "quick, what do we know about this account?" already happen. So we put Airspeed there, not as another tab to check, but as something you can @-mention mid-thread and get a real answer from, backed by every call your team has ever had. Here are four ways to put it to work.
Pre-meeting prep, done before you dial. Ask Airspeed in Slack to prep you for your next call and the brief comes back before you join: fresh funding, a newly hired CRO, what the open job postings say about the stack they're building toward. Connect your calendar and pick Slack in your notification preferences, and the prep sheet arrives on its own.

A deal room per opportunity. Link a Slack channel to a company in Airspeed and every call with that company posts a summary there. The AE, the SE, and the exec sponsor read the same picture, and nobody hand-stitches a recap the night before the forecast call.

Answers in thread. "What did we actually agree on the last Acme call?" "Which deals slipped this week, and why?" Airspeed answers from the full history of your team's calls, not just the ones you sat on, and names the calls it drew on so you can check the source yourself.

Recaps that route themselves. A call summary goes to the deal room, a competitor mention goes to the channel your team watches for competitive intel, a stage change goes to the channel leadership reads before forecast. You set the filters once, by participant and call tag.

How Airspeed cut our deal cycle to 11 days
Mathew Fitzgerald, Global Revenue Enablement at Foleon, built the business case for Airspeed, and he wasn't an easy sell. He'd watched a competitor tool fail during implementation, so he came in skeptical.
In this honest conversation he walks through what changed his mind: the wow moment, how a brand-new rep set the company record for fastest deal cycle by building an agent to study the top seller, and how his team automated so much CRM admin they now have to decide what to keep manual.

17 SEP: Signal Rich, Action Poor · Virtual Revenue orgs run on two layers, a CRM that records what happened and an intelligence layer that explains it, but the actual work still lands on a person. The teams pulling ahead in 2026 have added a third system-of-action layer, where a signal becomes a completed action without a human relaying it. In this RevGenius event, leaders from Airspeed, Clay, HubSpot, and Apollo map how the three layers fit together in a real stack, what each one should own, what an agent needs before it can be trusted to act on live deals, and where teams are getting it wrong.
